IVR Designer - Frontline Technology - Fixed Term Contract

Joining us as IVR Designer, you'll be at the heart of a diverse and constantly evolving technological landscape. Using your knowledge of IVR, we'll look to you to design, develop and deliver innovative changes and solutions to a challenging mix of projects. You'll make a real impact, as the IVR technology you implement will directly influence the EE brand and transform the experience of millions of our customers.
What you'll do:
- Review and analyse requirements, producing accurate impact assessments and estimates
- Translate requirements into quality high level and low level designs
- Develop and test IVR changes and solutions, and deliver into projects and into Production
- Work with peers and senior designers to improve knowledge of the IVR and its applications
- Ensure that committed delivery estimates and dates are met
- Make sure that defects are minimal and there is no adverse impact on Production stability
You'll definitely:
- Have experience of software design, development, test and delivery in the telecommunications sector
- Bring knowledge and experience of call centres and/or customer contact/interaction technologies
- Know a thing or two about IVRs and all routing technologies
- Hands on experience of IVR development technologies (ideally Voxeo/Aspect Voice Objects)
- Have experience of working within a team in a fast paced business environment
- Be an excellent communicator and have experience of managing relationships with internal business customers
- Have experience of analysing and breaking down problems and information using formal methodologies
