The job:

We're EE. And our vision is to provide the best network and best service so our customers trust us with their digital lives. We're doing that by building a new digital backbone for Britain and offering a great experience to each and every one of our customers - through our stores, in our centres and online. But we can only achieve our vision by having great people working for us. People who are empowered, supported, challenged - and rewarded. That's why the Sunday Times named us one of the Best Big Companies to Work For. But why take their word for it? Come and see for yourself.

As Senior Predictive Analyst, you'll play a vital role in creating predictive analytics to provide targeted, personalised interactions across our customer contact systems. Working closely with a number of key departments, you'll lead the implementation of predictive analytics modelling and demonstrate the true value of your team's work. With your sophisticated analytical techniques and sound working knowledge of telecoms data, you'll be integral to improving EE's targeting performance and overall customer service experience.

What you'll do:

  • Create descriptive and predictive analytics of our merged customer bases
  • Optimise the usage of predictive analytical strategies across the business
  • Implement, monitor and check predictive modelling across customer contact systems
  • Identify new predictive data sources to further improve targeting performance
  • Improve internal communication and understanding of analytical techniques
  • Mentor, manage and share your knowledge with less experienced team members

You'll definitely:

  • Have high level numeracy, statistical and data extraction skills
  • Have previous experience of the analytical industry and CRM
  • Be proficient in SAS software such as Enterprise Guide, Miner and Programming
  • Have excellent commercial acumen, communication and presentation skills
  • Be experienced in developing propensity models and predictive analytics techniques
  • Be a great communicator, influencer and negotiator
  • Have great stakeholder management skills

What's in it for you:

  • Competitive salary
  • Pension
  • Healthcare Cash Plan
  • Bonus
  • Life Assurance
  • 25 days' holiday
  • Discounted mobile phone package
  • Discounted products and services, as well as a range of other benefits

If you've been thinking about working for the biggest and fastest network in the UK, why not sign up to our LinkedIn Group? You can ask a question or find out more about EE. Could be a great move.
