The Senior Ops Engineer Infrastructure TIBCO/Linux should have the following skills:
- Solving incidents (not just on the basis of work instructions)
- First-line problem & capacity management
- Support for the MCR in increasing the resolving power of the MCR
- Automating and improving operations using Scripting and tooling
- 4 years' experience in a complex IT environment
- Certification and/or demonstrated proficiency in TIBCO and Linux (RHCSA level)
- Knowledge or experience with Scrum and Continuous delivery are an advantage.
Knowledge is required of
- TIBCO AMX/EMS/BW
- Operating system Linux and Virtualization
- Silver and Hawk tooling
- Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
