Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a Service Manager based in Prague for an initial 11 month contract.
Job Description
*As a Service Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of the agreed services towards the customers and services delivered from the service suppliers.
*Delivering IT Services, Infrastructure in close collaboration with the SCC Order Management and the Operations team within the agreed service levels.
*Driving continual improvements and the management of change affecting the IT services and systems in close collaboration with the SCC Change Manager.
*IT Operations Management activities and ensures that all day-to-day operational activities are carried out in a timely and reliable way.
Job Requirements
*SAP Basis and IT Infrastructure experience preferable with in the IBM Unix environments, a clear plus is SAP HANA experience
*Fluent in English spoken and written
*Presentation skills
*Good communicator in heterogeneous and international teams
*Technical Negotiation Skills
*Infrastructure Event/Monitoring knowledge
*Experience with IBM TSM/TDP environments, Oracle RMAN and IBM Flash Copy backup
Desirable
*Pharmaceutical Experience
Position: Initial 11 month contract
Salary: 700CZK/per hour
