Job specification overview:
This position is within the Proposition Marketing & Development Business Area, this area has 3 different divisions - Product Marketing, Fund Marketing and Marketing Development. Whilst the role sits within Marketing Development the role covers the workflow planning for the other two divisions (approximately 16 people). The position has come about as someone within the business is covering the maternity leave for her manager and she is therefore looking to backfill her position. It has been advertised internally 3 times and she is now desperate to have someone in to cover, hence the requirement.

> Essentially candidates with be planning the workflow for Product marketing & Fund marketing teams
Candidate Requirements -
- Experience of working within Financial Services
- Workflow Planning - ideal if this is within Marketing but not essential
- Implementing new processes within the teams and ensuring everyone understands these and works accordingly - experience of this ideal
- Evaluating processes through reporting
- Advanced experience working with MS Excel.
- A lot of stakeholder interaction so experience communicating effectively at all levels. A confident individual who will ask questions due to the interaction required with others
- This role is not really around the technical but about the actual work.
