SAP Vistex Support Consultant
Requirement:
- Previous experience with SAP and Vistex is essential
- Fluent English language
- Great Customer Service skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Previous experience of working with ERP/Finance/Procurement systems will be an asset
- Update procedures, operation instructions, and any other documentation impacted by system changes
Main duties:
- Investigate, document and resolve the application problems passed to the Customer Services Support team via System
- Provide a professional, efficient and effective support service to Customers
- Process all service requests accordingly to SLA
- Resolve incidents (ie break/fix, etc.) and service requests that are assigned to them
- Off hours on-call support may be required
Location: Poland
Duration: 6 -12 months with extensions
Rate: Euros 400-Euros 600, depending on experience
