Description

Main Accountabilities/Measured On:

* Ability to engage with stakeholders and help drive difficult discussion
* The quality and the functionality of the product delivered.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Perform the business analysis and detailing of requirement maintaining the overall vision in mind for all
products within Candidate domain.
* Ensure relevant personnel within Solution Delivery Management clearly understand Business
* Customer requirements and the functional analysis so as to ensure they deliver the right solution
* Apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement
productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and
efficiencies.
* Ability to explain ideas and technical terms clearly and concisely.
* Ability to challenge status quo and work on refining conceptual ideas.
* Keen eye and thorough in documenting and maintaining consistent standards in requirement gathering,
analysis and design.
* Manage the expectation of multiple stakeholders like architecture, procurement, legal and security
teams with a strong and effective communication and reporting

* Recommend and suggest changes in Business Functional Requirements

* Able to evaluate information, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical
judgment, experience and common sense

Professional & Leadership Experience:

* Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a position of comparable complexity.
* Any experience in the staffing industry with a proven understanding of the staffing industry its
opportunities and challenges.
* Ability to explain complex, technical matters in a simple 'language'
* Delivering to, and successful management of, stakeholder expectations whilst working in a fast-paced
environment and to tight deadlines, budgets and resources
* Consistent and continuous customer focus in a demanding environment
* Experience in both a multinational and multi-cultural environment would be an added benefit.

Education & Training

* University degree preferably in business or technical subject or any comparable education.
* In-depth experience with different SDLC methodologies especially agile

Minimum Requirements:

* Willingness and ability to travel
* Good to excellent command of English.
