I started a company a year ago and have since developed the WP MultiSite platform we run our clients on currently. Unfortunately I am a little stretched and would like to share the WP new site setup, dev, admin,… with a WP guru so that I may focus on sales and marketing. I have a dev, dba, …background and understand WP and PHP so can discuss the finer technical details. Instead of paying a flat or hourly rate, I’m looking to bring on a partner that shares the same passion to build the business and share in the success. I’m looking for someone that has:1. Experience creating and configuring new sites, especially in MultiSite (clone from template).
2. Experience finding the proper plugin for needed functionality, configuring per site and modifying, if need be, via PHP.
3. Ability to address requests from our stores. They are trained and self sufficient but will have some changes as we bring them onto the platform.
4. Design experience a plus.
