Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a Siebel Consultant based in Stockholm, Sweden for a 12 months contract.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
*To analyze and integrate the CoE Process and adjoining HR/Business Processes for bringing out higher alignment by creating new designs or enhancing the current design as per industry and regulatory norms.
*To keep self-abreast of the changing paradigm through reading, research, feedback and competitor analysis to ensure that the process design has the next/best practices
*To prepare business requirement documents for automation/enhancement of the HR Process(es), lead pilot and testing efforts of a process rollout including preparation of training material and ensure that customer queries on a new process are responded to.
KEY REQUIREMENT
*Experienced in full Lifecycle Siebel projects - thorough knowledge of concept, design, build, test, fix and post-production support roles.
*In depth knowledge and experience of Siebel architecture, installation methodology and administration of Siebel Enterprise, Servers, Gateways, Database & Clients
*Siebel Administration including Siebel Gateway and Application Servers, Siebel batch components and Siebel web server. Monitor application performance, Troubleshoot application performance issues, address infrastructure or performance related trouble ticket.
*Thorough with Siebel features, functionality, processes and best practices across key modules
*Extensive experience in Siebel UCM
*Good knowledge of Oracle and SQL as Siebel database for installation, administration
*Good knowledge of OEDQ and integration pattern with Siebel application
