Corporate Communications Consultant - Insurance/Stakeholder Management/Employee Engagement

My client is a global insurer who are looking for a corporate communication consultant to join their growing team. The role is to administer topical and engaging material to the whole business. Your communications should take employees on a journey and explain the WHY behind the business.

Common responsibilities will include liaising with key business stakeholders and supplying them with relevant and engaging communications, the communications will generally be internal communications. You will drive business content through multiple communication streams including email, Intranet stories among others. Your communication pieces will tell the story behind projects and business strategy; they will engage the reader and give the reader an idea behind the bigger picture.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the communications team with large scale communication campaigns across a large number of projects and topics.
Helping to implement a large scale communications plan.
Drive Business Content and show readers the big picture while still sharing all the details of the topic.
Consistently create content that is both topical and engaging for all 2000+ employees.
Developing and maintaining key relationships across the business.

Knowledge and Experience:

Proven experience in corporate communications.
Knowledge of SharePoint and Outlook would be preferred.
Experience of working on corporate sites with more than 1000 employees.
Proven experience implementing communication campaigns.
