IT Project Manager Russian Speaking
My client requires an experienced IT Project Manager to join their project.
The role is for an experienced Moscow based Project Manager tasked with coordinating a program of interconnected projects at a cross-functional level. The role expects a detail level of analysis and project management using standard methodology and tools, with the ability to identify and lift big-picture requirements and issues/risks from the day-day delivery in support of overall objectives.
An Information Technology Project Management background or experience with large multi-phase and multi-system implementations is preferred.
The role will be accountable to report status to multiple stakeholders within Russia and externally. Experience and understanding of the Russian pharmaceutical environment linked to regulatory, compliance, legal and accounting processes is also highly important.
The PM is accountable for project goals, budget requirements and overall support activities needed to ensure successful project implementations.
Duties and Responsibilities
This position is accountable for assigned projects. The PM should have strong communication, interpersonal skills, and demonstrate solid technical knowledge. The PM should require limited direction, handle complex problems, and possess strong knowledge of project development processes and/or SDLC and or agile methodologies. The PM should be able to manage/lead entire cross-functional projects at the program level, including the technical solution, implementation, support and quality.
Follow organizational processes and methodologies. This includes approval procedures, project management practices, deployment and support transition practices
Prioritize work and schedules covering multiple project and workstream leads in support of the overall plan
Review project team deliverables to ensure quality (design walk-through, test results, etc.) and adherence to standards/regulatory requirements
Interact with business partners to understand their business and to anticipate solutions based on business and technical knowledge. Manage (educate and influence) the business project sponsor
Prepare/Review (as tasked) business requirements, system assessments, project and process assessments, and implementation documentation for projects
Participate in the budget process and accountable for project budget on regional projects
Provide direct supervision and mentoring of project team member's during the project.
Participate in the research, analysis, selection, and implementation of new tools, technologies and/or services.
Manage the contractual relationship with providers ensuring quality, commitments on schedule and success of contracted services.
Possess and maintain knowledge in Enterprise IT (ERP(JDE), 3PL, WMS and APS) and Commercial IT (CRM, BI, Digital IT tools, Sharepoint, Web Portals)
Work collaboratively with other IT areas and functions to accomplish project goals.
Communicate project status to stakeholders as per defined schedules
Technical Experience
Solid presentation skills, oral and written communication skills and teamwork skills.
Strong Project Management Skills
Proven track record on delivering (technical) projects.
Experience in Commercial IT projects, CRM, Web projects, Sharepoint etc.
Experience in ERP (JDE 9.2 preferred) project related with Finance and Supply Chain
Awareness of Pharmaceutical validated systems
