Currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity as a Mechanical Packaging Engineer to be based out of one of my clients in Bari, Italy on a contract basis.
Job Description:
*Experience in mechanical packaging design of skids used in process industries for equipment including vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, filters, pumps and other miscellaneous equipment.
*Experience in design, 3D modelling, 2D drafting for piping, electrical cable trays, structural frames, pneumatic, electrical hookup, instrumentation list, baseplate & BOM creation
*Generate equipment specification documentation for valves, pressure, temperature instruments, junction box etc.
*Execute the design, analysis, evaluation and technical documentation of assigned project using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.
*Hands-on experience in Unigraphics-NX software
*Italian is mandatory for this role.
