Description
Site Delivery Manager required for a leading UK mobile telecoms company during their mobile telecommunications Site Delivery Team, working initially a 3 month contract, this is expected to be extended due to the length of the project.The Site Delivery Manager will be responsible for the full end to end delivery of new mobile telecommunications sites across the UK, and will be required to deliver the sites on time and within cost, there will also be sites that will be required to upgraded, and ensuring staff onsite are adhering to the required health and safety polices and standards.
Day to day activities will include:
*Attending require meetings and site visits
*Update Senior Managers on site progress
*Work with 3rd parties to ensure sites are all delivered on time
*Work with design team to ensure sites are planned correctly
*Planning site delivery and ensuring all departments and 3rd parties are up to speed with required plans
*Planning sites delivery with senior managers to ensure the bigger programme is delivered on time
*Ensure all required vendor equipment and build equipment is ordered and available on time
*Ensure site handover is clear of issues and handed over on time
Experience:
*Previous site delivery, build, design and acquisition experience
*Individuals must be generally competent in the acquisition, planning, construction and legal process and in the Design and Build Process *Knowledge of radio principles and network quality.
*Knowledge of site health and safety requirements
*Knowledge of Vodafone, NSN, Ericsson and O2 networks
