Description

Python Developer required to join a Data Visualisation company based in Central London who are changing the professional services industry.

As the Python Developer, you will be autonomous in your work ethic however, you will also have the ability to work collaboratively, contributing with ideas and solutions. The business plan to expand deployments (currently Jenkins) and also plan to use Ansible (with such experience being highly beneficial, but not essential).

You will be a developer who enjoys creating concise, reliable, secure and well-tested code. You will develop cutting-edge features and improvements to their web application, and help plan and prioritise development tasks.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Python
  • Django (experience with other web frameworks may be considered)
  • A solid number of years of developing web applications in a commercial environment
  • AWS and EC2 experience
  • PostgreSQL / DynamoDB experience
  • Git and TDD (or an understanding of TDD and Agile principles)


Beneficial skills and experience:

  • REST API
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Jenkins and/or Ansible

Compensation: £50,000 - £70,000 + equity
