Description
We are currently looking for skilled full-stack developers that can attack complex problems. The primary domain is Bioinformatics, so some prior exposure to Bioinformatics would be considered useful, but not essential.The ideal candidate must have good grasp of web programming, relational databases, understand complexities of concurrency. Write clean, maintainable code. Must have strong communication skills. Must be a result driven, self-starter. Preferably, understand some bit of statistics.
Desired skills:
- Jedi level skills with at least one of these programming languages: Perl, Python, Ruby, R.
- Relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL.
- JavaScript, HTML and CSS skills are required.
- Some exposure to Bio Informatics, Statistics, Machine Learning will be useful
