Description
Location: SwindonContract Length: 6 Months
Daily Rate: £400 to £500 per day (dependant on experience)
A financial services company who have a large section of their business set aside purely to specialise in creating and managing software solutions for the financial sector, are looking to hire a new Software Development Manager to oversee the team of 20 developers on site.
You will be running a team of developers who have come from different industry sectors, and range from Junior through to Senior Developers and Agile Scrum Masters, so previous experience as a Software Development Manager running a similar size team is essential.
Software Development Manager Key Skills:
*Java Development Background
*Knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate Coding
*Man-management of large Development teams
*Expert in Agile software development methodologies and processes
*A depth and breadth understanding of the digital technology and code space - with the ability to stay current
