Description
Location: BerkshireDaily Rate: £350 to £450 per day (dependant on experience)
Contract Length: 6 Months
As a Senior Java Developer you'll be working with the latest Java technologies to develop high-volume e-Commerce platforms and applications.
A solid understanding of Java, j2ee, Spring, MVC, SQL and associated technologies is mandatory - previous exposure to e-Commerce environments using Agile / Scrum would be beneficial.
In addition there is an opportunity for the right person to take an active role in further developing and growing an agile team, mentoring and advising others.
The Skills:
* Java / J2EE
* Spring Core / Spring MVC
* Hibernate, Tomcat
* SOAP web services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
* Experience in Multi-tier architectures, Relational Databases (SQL etc.)
* Team leadership / advisory skills and a desire to mentor others
* Agile / Scrum working environment
