Project Manager - Insurance - Contract

Are you a business focused Project Manager with a passion for challenging change projects and the ability to bring them in on time and on budget? Do you have an extensive insurance background and the ability to not just lead but inspire confidence in all areas of the business?

My client has:

A global and long standing presence in the insurance industry coupled with a forward thinking mentality and an excellent working environment. They are offering a unique opportunity to work on various varied and challenging business change and IT projects. Based in central London they are offering a 6 month contract with an excellent daily rate for the right candidate.

You have:

Insurance Background

Experience in Project Management or related roles with proven, significant professional growth

Knowledge of benefits broking process and client servicing related to benefit plans

Knowledge of employer and employee benefits delivery model and best practices

Experience leading and leveraging through others (2+ years)

You may also have:

Lloyds Of London experience

Experience of working on global projects

Formal qualification in project management and/or Six Sigma desirable.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing large-scale projects, able to identify dependencies and linkages between disparate projects

Developing project plans, milestones and time-lines to baseline tasks required for the completion of projects.

Ensuring governance processes are understood and followed, and appropriate stakeholders engaged at the right time

Ensuring responsibility for providing statistical analysis, reporting findings, identifying enhancements, and streamlining processes. Managing issues and providing resolution

Providing responsive feedback to client's (internal) needs and inquiries
