Description
A senior embedded software engineer is needed to join a highly prestigious company based in Derby. You will be involved within several different areas of the business and working on a number of projects within 3 different industries. This is an excellent role that will allow you to see the full product life cycle through as everything is done on site (no outsourcing for manufacture!). You will also see that you can gain knowledge in a number of different industries expanding your skill set further. You will also be acting as one of the senior members of the team and therefore will have excellent communication skills.Core skill include:-
- Degree in software or electronics or related.
- Embedded systems
- 5 + Years of designing in C programming - Realtime operating systems
- Microcontrollers
- Low level device drivers
- Highly motivated and self starting
Desirable skills include:-
- Industry standards eg:26262/MISRA C/CAN/DO178B/
- Electronic design or Hardware Appreciation
- Control systems
