Senior Manager - Credit RiskLeading Mortgage Lender

Salary to c. £80,000 plus benefits
Real Staffing is currently working with this leading Mortgage lender to assist them in the recruitment of an additional Senior Manager for their Credit Risk function.
They are seeking someone with a strong understanding of end-to-end Credit Risk, who has managed teams developing robust scorecards, who can play a key part in the design and delivery of Credit Risk strategy that allows the business to meet its key objectives.
A background in Secured credit risk is desirable, and it is likely that you will have a strong understanding of Regulatory environments (MMR, BASEL etc). Candidates from an unsecured lending background may also be considered.
You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders across risk, finance and product teams, as well as external bodies as required.
