Description

Role: Automation Tester

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Dublin

I am working alongside a client who are seeking someone with experience building automation frameworks for web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem resolution and judgment skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write automated tests using C#, NUnit and Selenium WebDriver 2
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Web UI, API and DB automation framework to meet business needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, security and reliability.
  • Maintain existing tests ensuring compatibility with any newly developed platform features
  • Execute, investigate and report on the success of automated and manual tests as part of an Agile development lifecycle


Qualifications:

Key Skills:

Experience with web application technologies and understanding of Web UI / Browser based testing including a strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

Good working experience and knowledge of Automation tools, technologies and best practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills working within a distributed development team.
3 years overall experience in the development of both Web UI Test Automation Frameworks and Automated Web UI Tests Minimum 2 years of continuous automation experience using C#.

Minimum of 1 year experience using Selenium Web Driver
Experience with the C# Selenium Page Object Model Experience with the C# Selenium PageFactory.InitElements call

SQL proficiency (intermediate level).
