Working for a global technology manufacturer as a Sales Executive & Account Manager you will be responsible for increasing the sales of the company's abrasives and power tools division.

This is a field-based sales position calling on a variety of industrial manufacturing businesses. The successful candidate will need to meet & exceed the annual Abrasive System Division territory sales growth target.

Job Responsibilities
*To trial & demonstrate Abrasives & Power Tools at existing & potential end users
*Find and develop new end users increasing end user loyalty to the companies Abrasive products across the territory by using abrasive product, application and process knowledge.
*Manage and maintain existing key account end user customers.
*To develop close working relationships with the territory channel partners built on agreed business plans, promotional activities, joint working and end user support.
*To manage the margin and pricing requirements in line with the business expectations
*To utilise the specialist sales, technical, marketing & management support available

Knowledge & Skills
*Proven Abrasive sales experience or a background in an Industrial Sales role with a proven track record of success in winning and retaining business.
*Ambitious and Driven
*Strong Communication skills
*Strong Negotiation skills
*Self Motivated
