The objective of this role is to plan, project manage and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives targeted to the relevant institutional distribution channels in UK and Europe and included on the marketing plans, to help meet business objectives and sales targets. The role holder will also support international offices with their marketing objectives.

The role holder will be responsible for delivering initiatives to (a) support our overall institutional business proposition, (b) improve the perception as a leading provider of institutional asset management and (c) increase assets under management in the UK and selected European

Key Post Accountabilities

*Campaign Management: To deliver a high quality campaigns and marketing activity by working with Institutional Distribution and CRM teams and the Head of marketing Planning in the definition of overall objectives, proposition, target audience definition and key messages and develop campaigns that drive client sales and retention.

*Delivery of campaign material: Working closely with key stakeholders including Distribution, Investment Specialists and Marketing teams, to deliver compliant and compelling marketing campaigns and communications activities in a timely manner and work with the Digital teams to deliver integrated on and offline activity.

*Campaign media planning: To prepare briefs for offline and online media plans for each marketing campaign, ensuring appropriate audience segments are targeted, cost-efficiency and a plan that is integrated across offline and online.

*Integrated campaign management. To manage the delivery of the overall campaign, online and offline, also ensuring it is integrated with required product priorities, digital enhancements, sales activities and PR. Through these campaigns, to support the building of a strong identity and reputation in the relevant market place as well as supporting the sales and retention targets. To determine and manage marketing and campaign budgets related to projects undertaken

*Campaign MI: To track and report on the effectiveness of each campaign and identify enhancements managing the budget accordingly and reporting ROI as required.

*Maintain up to date literature: Coordinate the update of product marketing literature to ensure it stays up to date and compliant.

*Materials governance: When working on all communications, work with key stakeholders (Compliance, external providers, distribution team as necessary) to ensure that all work is delivered in a cost effective and timely fashion In line with brand and compliance guidelines. Responsible for managing all costs associated with individual work. Observe good practice in relation to Treating Customers Fairly and ensure promotions deliver Regulatory and Data Protection requirements.
