Description
Overall Purpose:- Manage the construction and engineering (C&E) quality of wireless site modification projects (minor and major) to ensure contracted field personnel are adhering to or exceeding company mandated standards, developing and communicating construction standards to civil and OEM vendors.
- Coordinate cross functional troubleshooting teams and drive cell site performance issues to resolution.
1) Complete post construction punch walks on cell site builds.
2) Assign and manage RF troubleshooting resources as needed to resolve project driven performance issues.
3) Track the resolution of punch walk and troubleshooting issues and develop a method of frequently reporting on their status.
4) Coordinate cross functional troubleshooting teams and drive cell site performance issues to resolution.
5) Knowledge share, mentor and develop team construction staff/senior management as well as TURF on requirements.
6) Develop required reports and presentations.
7) Knowledge of Cell Site Materials and Alcatel Lucent OEM equipment
8) Knowledge of DC Power Plant preferred.
9) Strong Excel Skills (required excel skills: pivot tables, vLookup, create app reports. Creating macros is desired.)
