Description
This role sits as part of the CMI (Configuration Management Infrastructure) team, which is a highly experienced and skilled team that operates from multiple locations in Europe, Sweden & APAC. The team currently manages the SCCM infrastructures that support approx. 130,000 clients and 5000 packages. Currently deployed are Product Versions:
- CM12/SP1
- CM2007 SP2/R3
- WSUS 3.0 SP2 and LUP
Activities include support, maintenance & enhancement tasks, and assisting in new deployments.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven relevant competence and experience within a large CM12 and SCCM 2007 environment.
- Strong Scripting and automation skills - mainly Powershell (occasionally VBs).
- Competent with Windows 2012 and W2008 server in function of SCCM management.
- Excellent communicator and ability to work in team as well as independent context.
- Strong customer service focus, well organised, able to function smoothly as part of a global geographically distributed support team.

Supporting Skills
- SCOM 2007 & 2012 (Systems Center Operations Manager)
- HP and DELL hardware (firmware, HPSIM,...)
- SQL Server/database knowledge.
- Active Directory experience
- Good knowledge of WSUS.
- Knowledge of System Center Orchestrator
- IIS knowledge.
- Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills of Networks (WAN/LAN)
- Awareness and ability to work within an ITSM Service Operations process driven context
