C#.NET Developer Contract Dublin City Centre.
My client a leading name in their industry is in urgent need of a talented and experienced C#.Net Develpoer to join their team.
As an Analyst Programmer/Senior Software Engineer contributes to the development, delivery and maintenance of high quality technology-based business solutions. You will be skilled in designing, coding, testing, and implementing configuration changes to software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements. You may also have some oversight responsibility for the technology solution.
You will be required to design and develop Windows, web and MVC applications and web services based on .NET technologies, using Object Oriented practices You will contribute to planning and analysing high-level software strategies and solutions through functional and technical expertise
You will use technologies such as .NET (VB.NET, C#), BizTalk, LINQ, ASP.NET, MVC, XML/XPath, SQL/SQL Server and TFS and you will be Using test tools (eg nUnit, Test Driven .NET, nMock, Fitnesse) and build tools (eg Cruise Control .NET, NAnt)
My client is looking for someone with 5-7 years software development experience required, specifically using the Microsoft .NET Framework and using Object Oriented Design principles and design patterns.
Additional Desired Experience in:
* Business object modelling
* Domain driven development (DDD)
* Object Oriented testing techniques and approaches, test driven development (TDD) and dependency injection/Inversion of Control (IoC)
* Agile development including prototyping, continuous build and integration
* Scrum certification
* Database administration, particularly in Microsoft SQL Server environment
* Object relational mapping (ORM) tools
