ScumMaster Agile PM Consultant for long term contract.
Our client has selected their best developers to create two teams around PHP, Cobol and .net. These teams will have to be coached to perform well fast in an agile environment, that is where you come in.
Tasks and responsibilities
You shall act as agile coach, ScrumMaster and PM for one of these teams.

Level: medior/senior
Language skills: The team communicates in English and Dutch.
Hard skills
You have experience as a ScrumMaster.
You know what it means to be a project manager for an agile team, everything from deadlines to budget will be in your hands.
Soft skills
You know how to motivate a team and make sure everyone comes on board on the new way of working. As a coach you know how to explain a new process but more important you know how to listen.
Experience
You preferably have a Bachelor or Master's degree in computer sciences and extensive experience as scrum master or coach.
