For our customer we are looking for a Management Consultant - Build a Domain Demand Management office
Build a Domain Demand Management office supporting:
The head of the domain with consolidated information about the status of the domain and the plans for how to solve future request also taking into consideration the risk we have in the domain
The local managers with the same information as the head of the domain but on local level. But also support the local managers in ways of scaling the capacity when needed
The demand manager organisation with information making them able to plan and prioritise tasks.
Establish framework and organisation for a demand/supply and competence command centre for Account Domain, in order to support implementation of the scale up, scale down strategy.
