Wireless Technology Instructor
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Position Title: Wireless Technology Instructor
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: March 2016
Duration: 2 months
Location: Kinshasa

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement 5 day training course for Wireless multivendor technology.
- Apply the 5 day training through a period of 2 months.
- Main emphasis is on ZTE and Huawei Wireless equipment.
- Responsible for knowledge transfer in the areas of Installation, Operation & Maintenance and Configuration for Wireless Network Technology.
- Main topics should include:
-- Product Training BSC, RNC, 2G/3G/LTE, BTS/NodeB/eNodeB
-- Logs Extraction
-- Site Rehoming/Remoduling
-- Commissioning & OMP/OMM debugging
-- BSC/RNC/OMM Software Upgrade procedures (ZX UR 9000 - UMTS & GSM)
-- EMS Server - Database Space handling procedures
-- RCT Tool Operations
-- NetMax tool operations
-- Level 3 Escalation Matrix and contact details
-- Health Checkup and Preventive maintenance procedures
- Lead by example, education based on strong theory and actual on site situations.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 10 + years of Wireless technology experience.
- Background in network operations.
- Experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of ZTE and Huawei Wireless equipment.
- Must be familiar with NodeB, RNC, BSC, Microwave, Switches and Routers - E2E Wireless Network elements.
- Fluent English and French.
