Description
IT TRAINER/ITIL - LONG TERM CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY (1000 DAYS) IN BRUSSELS, BELGIUM.€180-€190EUROS/DAY
Duties to be performed:
-You connect the Newsroom team with users and clients ensuring their satisfaction. You report to the team leader, whom you support by sharing knowledge with the rest of the team, by clarifying requirements to improve and manage the application and by impersonating the point of view of the client.
-You are responsible for trainings - Newsroom has a running training service already, which you will take over.
-You own the technical and user documentation of the application on all aspects (functional, I/O, technical), which you manage and improve (wikis, SharePoint )
-You animate and moderate the user forum, coaching and supporting users
-You suggest new requirements to the developers based on your analysis, experience, and perception of the users needs.
The mandatory skills and experience needed:
. Experience in delivering training of an IT application
. Experience supporting a service with an ITIL approach (or similar)
. Writing for the web
. Working level of English and French
. Writing promotional material and presentation
. Proven coordination and communication skills
. Ability to prioritize
. Interface with a technical team
. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
. Education: a bachelor's degree
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
. Experience with ITIL service management and support
. Performing public presentations
. Writing script for videos and related activities (such as tutorials)
. Ability to work in a multilingual and multicultural environment
. Quick learning ability
. Knowledge of other EU languages is considered an asset
. Knowledge of web languages (HTML, CSS) is an asset
. Knowledge of Scripting language, writing software tests is an asset
