System Engineers will be part of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) programme team responsible for all aspects of Product Lifecycle Management toolset selection, implementation, use and support. The team is embarking on an enterprise wide deployment of the Enovia PLM suite in partnership with Dassault Systemes, to replace a complex array of Legacy systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for creation and deployment of new Portfolio-Programme-Project Management [PPPM] capabilities using Enovia PLM as the core technology platform, including Vehicle Programmes and Business Improvement Projects
- Integrated Portfolio-Programme-Project Management [PPPM] processes will have to be deployed across the new PLM and SAP tools, providing robust control throughout the Product Creation Process.
- Interface with a wide variety of stakeholders within the business, including senior business leads, subject matter experts and users, internal IT and 3rd party implementers, strategic partners and product vendors.
The successful candidate should possess or have experience of the following:
- Experience of the automotive PLM space.
- Knowledge of Portfolio-Programme-Project Management [PPPM] throughout the product life cycle.
- Working knowledge of the Enovia (or previously Matrix1) PLM system in an engineering context
- Experience of deploying complex software within an engineering environment.
- A good understanding of process and Datamodelling techniques and tools.
- High levels of competence in programme and project management.
- Awareness of enterprise integration technologies, and PLM/ERP integration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
