Senior ICT Transformation Professional Service Consultant
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in Shenzhen, China.
Position Title: Senior ICT Transformation Professional Service Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: April 2016
Duration: 12 months initial
Location: Shenzhen

Responsibilities:
- Follow Tier 1 ICT transformation carrier activities (Europe/North America).
- Conduct deep dive in their strategies including business, network, process and organization.
- Analyze future operation model - Supplier change in business transformation strategy/network/organization/processes.
- Identify the major pain points and requirements from Tier 1 carriers operation and maintenance/ICT transformation projects.
- Analyze the solutions and activities from major competitors, output solution concept from professional perspective.
- Participate in the co-innovation projects with the existing and potential customers.
- Responsible for the Proof of Concept, transform the concept to the new services, output the new services portfolio definition.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 15+ years of Carrier ICT network experience.
- Cooperated with market leading Operators (VDF, TO2, DT, AT&T, BT, etc..)
- Familiar with carriers business and operation process.
- Participated in Tier 1 carriers ICT transformation project (AT&T Domain 2.0, Telefonica UNICA, Vodafone, DT, etc..)
- Good understanding with NFV/SDN, NGOSS, Big Data and similar market trending technologies.
- Fluent English.
