Description
Minimum 2 years of experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server; and hands on experience in using leading database products, preferably Oracle 11g
Prior experience in analysing business requirements and building Use Cases and translating business requirements to clear technical specifications
Demonstrated ability to design/develop systems for heterogeneous security technologies
Proven experience in working collaboratively, coordinating among cross-functional teams and the ability to effectively work with organizational differences and priorities; consistently provide a clear and consistent technical vision for the project
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and analytical skills; strong and demonstrated interpersonal skills to include influence, negotiation, collaboration and diplomacy
Proven desire to continuously learn new technologies
Knowledge and understanding of referential Databases; SQL/Oracle RDBMS
Clear understanding of and experience with team development best practices to include version control systems
