Technology Skills
Work experience in AS IS and TO BE process from large SAP project (more project more value, 5 project excellent)
Documented work experience with creating training framework, plans and goal ( more project experience more value, 3 project excellent)
Documented work experience in SAP ECC and SAP IS-U ( more experience more value, 5 years excellent)
Documented work experience in realization/execution of training concept and plans (more experience more value, 5 years excellent)
Experience with being responsible for creating training materials
Documented work experience with measuring the right learning level and advice on how the project should do it
Documented work experience with change management in terms of the new processes and documentation (more experience more value, 5 years excellent)
Documented work experience from one role as Lead training manager
