Description
Key Responsibilities include:
. Responsible for analysis, testing and implementation of SAP SRM with integration to SAP ERP
. Investigate and resolve issues raised during testing.
. Liaise with a variety of stakeholders in the specification, development and testing of enhancements/modifications to the SRM and ERP solution.
. Identify potential process improvements opportunities across the landscape.
. Complete knowledge transfer for respective application area to members of support team.
. Provide business analyst services to support new application products within SAP and external to SAP.
. Provide end user support for the SAP ERP and SRM applications
. Work alongside Team Leads, Delivery Leads, Functional SME's and Solution Architects to Identify and manage risks.
. Provide documentation required to support the SRM solution; functional specifications, process maps, job aids, test scripts.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience
. Experience in SAP ERP and SAP SRM.
. You should have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills combined with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
. Strong documentation/writing skills, with experience of developing process maps, flow charts, user requirements documentation, etc, would be desirable.
. Knowledge of information systems and technology and the application of these to process improvement projects is desirable.
. Knowledge of structured project management techniques for IT related projects including design, development, test and release management is desirable.
. Experience of working as a user on a SAP implementation project would also be beneficial.
. Above all, you must be innovative in your approach and be able to demonstrate your ability to actively contribute to a team that delivers results.
