Senior BA for Identity & Access Management (100%) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Analyze business scenarios, current processes and enabling systems - identify opportunities for improvement through automation and/or business process change
- Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, designing and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
- Develop functional and/or technical specifications
- Document and champion business processes
- Provide consultation to users in area of business systems and processes
- Elicit, analyze, validate, communicate and simplify requirements - manage and communicate them effectively
- Lead successful completion of major projects/programs across portfolios
- Champion accountability by example as well as participate in roadmap discussions and vendor assessments
- Lead cross-functional discussions in resolution of business or systems issues and develop business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders and key account managers
- Facilitate and support system and user acceptance testing
Your qualifications
- Extensive working experience as Business Analyst in multinational company
- Previous experience as Business Analyst on CSV-regulated projects required (Computerized System Validation)
- Know-how in software development as well as customizing projects, preferably with IAM solutions
- Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
- High interpersonal skills, experience with challenging and hard-to-reach customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) preferred
- Familiarity with Google suite is of advantage
- Pharmaceutical working background is of advantage
- Sailpoint IdentityIQ know-how and University degree in IT preferred
