Hi there, for our client a significant medical device manufacturer, i am looking for an Engineering Project Manager.Company: Our client is one of the most significant Medical Device producer based in Switzerland. Specialized in new products, processes and technologies, our client is not only known for its innovative and adaptable corporate entertainment, but is also a very desirable employer with more than 1000 motivated employees in the subsidiary.
Your Responsibilities:
- You attend cross-functional team meetings to achieve project goals and interfaces with all necessary organizations (Product Development, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Operations, Shared Services, etc.).
- Adheres to environmental policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectives. Engages in J&J Credo-based decision-making.
- Support to develop and maintain project plan(s) and ensures that project milestones are met.
- Engineering experience and demonstrated use of Quality tools/methodologies
- Experience in DHF Audit / Remediation / Quality engineering related activities.
- Develop engineering rationales and memo for verification and validation documents
- Technical writing - reports and technical justification
- Proven record of interpersonal skills, Result oriented and self-driven
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related discipline) is required.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience with a four-year degree is required;
- Experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of Design Controls, Product Development Process and GMP Requirements are highly preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks is required. Strong computer skills are required.
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills are required. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are required.
- Yous should demonstrate proficiency in the application of design controls and development processes, while executing all tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- You should have a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage a varied workload, exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills and interface effectively with project teams.
