Description
A leading bank, based in Edinburgh are currently in need of an experienced Systems Analyst. The candidate will need to be a technical expert on user access management and will form part of the Systems Governance team within the Governance & Control function within Markets Operations. The primary function is to perform duties on behalf of our Application Owners to ensure compliance with policy/standards. Reporting to the Systems Governance Manager on a day to day basis this role will ensure the Systems Governance team maintains a robust and controlled approach to access management for all applications owned by Market Operations. This is a long term contract role paying a very competitive daily rate.The successful candidate will have the following:
Knowledge of user access management, including ITEC standards
Previous experience in working in a control or operational risk function is desirable
An understanding of Markets Operations, with knowledge of Financial Markets & Capital Markets Instruments
