12 Month Contract
I am currently recruiting for a global medical business based in the centre of Runcorn. My client are looking for an experienced Business Objects Developer to join them on a contractual basis for 12 Months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Changes to existing reports and processes
- Development of entirely new reports and processes and to feed into structural changes to enhance Business Objects product overall.
- Adhere to software development standards, procedures and techniques.
- The candidate will work with both functional and technical project personnel, has in-depth knowledge of BI information delivery/presentation methodology and expertise in SAP Business Objects tool sets.
Skills & Experience:
- Business Objects - 5 yrs. minimum
- Desktop Intelligence
- Web Intelligence
- MS SQL Server Integration Services
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL
- Ability to debug, analyse and optimise SQL queries.
- Demonstrable ability to gather requirements, analyse, question and produce functional requirements documentation
- Challenging and structured approach to development work
- Motivated self-starter who will be able to aim beyond what we currently do and drive improvements in all aspects of the job
