French speaking Business Analyst/Test Officer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a French speaking Business Analyst/Test officer.

As a Business Analyst/Test officer
The tasks/activities will include:
Analysis and documentation of business rules implemented into Serapis Classic and LEAP. Analysis and documentation of user requirements for new Serapis developments, and if applicable of the underlying reporting requirements. Impact analysis and definition of a target solution together with the Serapis IT team. Creation of the required project documentation (business case, project charter, detailed requirements, test case document, etc.). Test preparation, coordination and/or execution for the Serapis Classic & LEAP deliverables as well as the impacted downstream systems including the data-warehouse.

Skills and Experience
General IT background acquired through a university degree in Information Technology (Bac +3 or more). At least 10 years of relevant professional experience as Business Analyst in a bank or other financial institution. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience as Project Manager or Coordinator within a usercoordination. Minimum 5 years of experience as Tester/Test Coordinator; Knowledge about the life cycle of a loan product is mandatory; Knowledge of business analysis, process and/or Datamodelling techniques like UML, ARIS, ERM or similar is a must have. Knowledge of project management principles, methods and practices is required, and a certification will be appreciated (PMI; PRINCE 2 or similar); Proven experience in data migration (Datastage) and ESB/integration projects (Mercator); Good SQL (Oracle, SQL Server) and data-analysis skills are required; Knowledge of document management platforms like Livelink is a plus; Knowledge in Fund management, Securities and Transfer agency is a plus; Knowledge of defect tracking/ticketing tools like REMEDY or JIRA is a plus; Mastering of office tools like MS-Word, MS-Visio, MS-Excel, MS-Access and MS-Project;

Very good knowledge of English and/or French and a good command of the other.

Capacity to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; strong drafting skills in English and also in French.
