Description
For our client - a leading and globally recognized Consultancy - RED is urgently seeking an experienced Web Developer for a top-tier and globally present, Consulting firm.
This is a 6 month contract engagement to begin ASAP, based in Dublin, Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have a broad experience in Web Development with multiple technologies (see comprehensive breakdown below) and must have experience in AWS, (Amazon Web Services).
Required technical skills/experience:
- IT Degree or equivalent with strong commercial experience
- AWS Cloud (EC2, VPC, RDS, Autoscaling, Load Balancing, High Availability, Storage/CDN), JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, Ruby, Oracle.
- UNIX/Linux system support and administration
- Scripting - Shell, Perl, Ruby, etc.
- Automation: Puppet (or similar)
- Scaling - load balancing
- VMWare - ESXi 5.x .
- WebSphere Application Server ND, Jython, ODM, WSRR,MQ Broker
