Description
1 year contract for a Cisco (CCNP) Telecom Network Analyst.
Position provides day to day support for incidents and outages across enterprise data network infrastructure. This includes service restoration, troubleshooting, and configuration of network equipment of various platforms of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, wireless gear, VPN gear, WAN accelerators, and load balancers. Position supports all modules of Cisco enterprise network model. Position serves as IP escalation support (Tier 2/Tier 3) for various other IT support groups. Serves as Network Engineer/Telecom Data Network Operations Support Analyst. Responsibilities & Duties: Monitors, manages, and maintains enterprise data network. Responds to network outages to restore services. Responds to Incidents within established service level agreements. Documents work performed. Maintains up to date documentation of the network infrastructure.
Current Cisco CCNP - credentials will be verified. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Information Technology. Desired Qualifications: Additional relevant industry certifications.
5-10 years of relevant work experience in Information Technology.
11-15 years of relevant work experience in Information Technology.
Experience with Syslog, TACACS, Radius, and SNMP. Experience with Quality of Service mechanisms. Experience with Palo Alto and Checkpoint technologies. Experience in Data Center environment.
Local Candidates required - onsite interviews required.
Must be able to work W2 hourly only.
