For our client BNPPF we are actively searching for a User Experience & Interaction Designer.
Context:
The Products & Channels Team is looking to grow its transversal UX activities and is specifically looking for a Senior User Experience and Interaction Designer for realising tangible concepts and optimizations of the bank 2020 Vision ecosystem together with our members and agile teams.
Function Description:
- Design user experiences and optimizations through tangible concepts of the 2020 Vision ecosystem together with our members and agile teams.
- Work as team member in a small transversal UX team
- Support and advise other UX experts in delivery teams
- Report to the UX Manager within Products & Channels Team
- Be a key ambassador for the specific UX methods to use, the key ux principles and tools to use
- Define the problem(s) to solve
- Gather the business objectives, the main audience, the motivations and the prioritized user scenarios for designing the experience
- Use research and analytics to start and assess journeys
- Define and design the overall journey flows before delving into user interfaces
- Define and design the (micro)interactions that are key for a differentiated user experience
- Prototype and involve users to assess solutions
- Propose various solutions for a specific design problem
- Communicate the intents of the proposed experience clearly, be it in daily meetings, structured presentations or working prototypes
Required knowledge/Experience:
+8 years experience in user experience design, not only user interfacing
Technical Experience:
Mandatory
Experience with gathering user data from analytics and evaluation sessions.
Experience with information architecture methods best practices.
Experience with wireframing and design tools (Sketch, Photoshop, Omnigraffle)
Experience with advanced rapid prototyping tools for web and mobile apps (Framer Studio, Quartz Composer, Axure
Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3, jQuery or equivalent JS frameworks
Preferable
Experience with behavorial design is a plus.
Experience with big data design is a plus
Experience with motion design is a plus.
Business Experience:
Mandatory
+8 years in user experience design, not only UI.
Experience with UX in Agile or Lean environments.
Experience with gathering business objectives.
Preferable
Experience in financial services industry, preferably fintechs
