Senior Technical Lead/Architect ( and/or Technical Analyst )
Duration: 12 Months
Languages:
- Fluent spoken & written English is mandatory (both written & spoken).
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French with at least excellent understanding of the other language
Rate: 450 euro
Location: Brussels
Seeking a Senior Technical Lead to work on engineering solutions within a large program to introduce new and flexible concepts within the affected domains
Taking up Technical Design in collaboration with Analysts (business & functional), Product Owner and Dev. Providing input for the estimation, dependencies and content of the functional and non-functional roadmap
- Working in an agile (SCRUM) environment with multiple sub teams:
- Technical check on analysis if complete and correct
- Create extra analysis/technical design if necessary
- Make sure all documentation is ok for creation of test scenario's
- Instruct teams in a technical way
- Release coordination knowledge
- Follow-up end-to-end flows across several components of the application (Java, html5/CSS, ESB, infrastructure)
- Code review, quality check and follow-up of the different parts of the application
- Non-functional requirements check (queries, service calls, security)
Senior Technical Lead will ensure performance, scalability, robustness and maintainability:
by designing and implementing architectural building blocks
by defining, documenting and explaining architectural guidelines
by designing complex features
Technica Architect will ensure code quality and increasing team's seniority by doing coaching, pair programming and code review
Technical Architect will organize presentations about technologies and best practices and following up the continuous integration and the quality reports
Supporting functional analysis by participating to agile workshops (with analysts, customers and users). Senior Technical Analyst/Archietc will analyze and reverse engineering Legacy code
Organizing team's work : Implementing the agile methodology (stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospective). Senior Technical Architect will defining the branching strategy for parallel development. Being the technical point-of-contact for the customers and the management. Promoting best practices to other teams. Interviewing candidates in case of up-staffing
