6 Month Contract- £ a day- Immediate Start.
My Client, a leading publisher based in London is actively looking for a sales & marketing executive to join their global circulation and marketing team. This new role is being created as part of the roll-out of a new Sales Management platform and with it, a new centralized team designed to support the implementation of subscription sales campaigns.
Reporting to the Marketing Operations Director, two key elements to the job:
1.Managing product and promotion catalogues in response to changing business needs
2.Main point-of-contact for the global team in relation to the Sales Management System for support and change requests
Key accountabilities
*Create, maintain and optimize Product and Promotion catalogues within the SMS, updating product bundles, price zones, standard pricing, discounts and incentives
*Provide support and advice to the global circulation team on how to best achieve their goals ensuring best practice is shared and understood and collating change requests
*Provide quality checks across campaigns, ensuring sales journeys are tracked and orders processes as set-up
*Assist with project management of E-commerce developments
*Support the global customer marketing operation team as required when members are absent
Skills and capabilities profile
*Must have at least 2yrs+ experience with digital tools such as Salesforce, Magneto and WordPress
*Working knowledge of Windows NT and Microsoft Office with advanced spreadsheet skills
*Advanced knowledge of excel an advantage
*Experience of campaign planning, analysis and reporting
*Educated to HND level 4 or higher
*Understanding of core direct marketing principles
*Understanding of importance of centralized systems, data integrity and naming conventions
*Good written and oral communication skills
*Attention to detail
*Dynamic, Energetic and organized
