Description

My client is urgently looking for an Interim Test Manager to support the delivery of a range of infrastructure and application projects in Spain (you will be based in the UK).

You will be proactive in liaising with offshore vendor teams in progressing and managing testing and providing the weekly reports to ensure robust software solutions are delivered and underpinned by effective governance and quality assurance.

As Test Manager, you will be assigned to multiple project and releases to manage the testing and you will be also be responsible for training and guiding the project and release teams on test processes, test documentation and tools as necessary.

Key Activities include:

  • Test Management and Co-ordination on Multiple projects.
  • Creating/Reviewing and approving all Testing Artefacts.
    • Test Strategy and Plans: System test, Regression test, UAT and Performance
    • Test cases
    • Defect logs
    • Test Reports,
  • Co-ordinating Testing activities
  • Provide test tool training (Mercury Quality Center)
  • Review project related test documentation supplied by vendors

Requirements:

- Test Management experience (5 years +), ideally within the Financial Services environment

- Spanish is essential

- Worked on multiple infrastructure projects

- Strong knowledge of System Testing/UAT Testing and Performance Testing

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building abilities

- ISEB foundation
