Description
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or part-qualified experienced Finance Analyst (FRS, GAAP) required to join a brilliant team of Finance Professionals for a multinational business based in Berkshire.
The overall objective for the Finance Analyst will be to hold responsibility for the delivery of all statutory accounts relating to UK operations. It is imperative that the successful individual has an exceptional understanding of FRS 101 and UK GAAP.
The Finance Analyst's (UK GAAP, FRS 101) day to day duties will include preparation of statutory accounts for UK trading and dormant companies, and full management of audit and internal review processes.
As the Finance Analyst, you will also manage the statutory accounts conversion process to New UK GAAP/FRS 101, as well as ownership of asset retirement obligation provision calculations and submission to period end results.
