IT Service Catalog/ServiceNow Consultant - Polish Speaking

Main Position Purpose
In this exciting role you will operate with ServiceNow application, to develop and support IT Service Catalog functionality based on requests submitted by internal customers located worldwide.
Responsibilities
Support IT Service Catalog functionality (forms, tables, workflows, scripts)
Perform analysis, troubleshooting and processing of requests related to IT Service Catalog
Perform IT Service Catalog development based on the change requests (new forms creation, workflows creation, and new functionality development).
Support IT Service Catalog automation (working with Microsoft System Center Orchestrator).
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
University Master's degree (preferably Technical University or IT faculty)
Intermediate/upper intermediate English + Polish
Experience with JavaScript OR Powershell OR another Scripting language (HTML/CSS is a plus)
Experience of user interface design and usability improvement
Knowledge of Active Directory
Ability to learn fast
