The WordPress Developer is responsible for web development and maintenance for Emsi's public-facing websites.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

Develops and maintains Emsi's public-facing websites to ensure the most up-to-date content, product/landing pages, and calls to action are featured.

Tracks, measures, analyzes, and reports the consumption of websites and associated referral sources and channel-facing marketing initiatives.

Develops plans to improve sites' ranking, traffic, page views, unique visitors, bounce rate, and overall site stickiness.

Contributes to the development and execution of social media strategy.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of professional web development experience

High level of experience with WordPress, HTML, PHP, CSS, JS, Adobe InDesign

A self-starter mentality: the ability to anticipate and manage projects

Experienced with SEO principles

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines with minimal supervision

Other Selection Criteria:

Experience with Genesis Framework

Data visualization experience

Ability to set up goals and reports in Google Analytics

Strong attention to detail
