Senior Java Developer - Hybris - Contract6 Month Contract
Daily Rate: £320 to £370 (dependant on experience)
Location: Basingstoke
Key Skills: Java, Hybris, e-Commerce
Skills / Attributes Required:
* Excellent communication skills
* Significant experience of working on the hybris platform
* Java / J2EE Programming experience
* Programming experience in EJB, JSP, XML, OR SQL
* Knowledge of web services, Javascript or Jboss application server
* Knowledge of Hibernate, Spring, Struts
* Knowledge of ATG, Percussion and Magnoli platforms advantageous.
* Retail eCommerce experience desirable.
* Knowledge of database architecture and design
* Troubleshooting through resolution of technical issues and system errors
* Experience of Agile desirable
* Ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents.
* Ability to code software according to published standards and design guidelines.
* Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.
Responsibilities:
* Perform coding to written technical specifications.
* Investigate, analyse and document reported defects.
* Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.
* Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.
* Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates
